Aquaenzym – the working principle

AQUAENZYM® is a biologically active mixture of four types of enzymes (lipase, protease, amylase and hemicellulose), with a high effect of decomposition and fragmentation of organic compounds (animal and vegetable fats, starch, carbohydrates, feces, cellulose) into light fatty acids, compounds with residue carbon and glycerol, which are then simply degraded by a biological purification process.

The use of this product allows wastewater to achieve the values specified by regulations. This method of water treatment does not cause a problem in wastewater treatment plants where enzymes improve the separation characteristics of activated sludge and reduce the possibility of fibrous mold formation and improve the biocenosis. Solids move upwards and water is better separated in the sedimentary residue.

Wastewater from production, due to the application of this enzyme preparation, receives the quality required by the relevant regulations. Improves biocenosis. Wastewater treatment plants decompose biological phosphorus better, and the value of oxygen at the outlet of the chemical industry meets the requirements of the specification.

The product is used in the meat packaging industry, dairies, fermentation plants, meat processing and canning industry (fish, fruits and vegetables), bakeries, freezing plants, slaughterhouses and other areas where wastewater with a high content of organic compounds is generated.

Do not use together with chemicals and disinfectants!

AQUAENZYM® is safe from a microbiological point of view. It does not contain fecal and fecal coliform bacteria and salmonella. It is completely biodegradable, harmless to the environment, does not destroy pipelines or fittings, is not toxic.

AN ENZYME IS A CATALYST THAT ENABLES A SEPARATION REACTION.

Manufacturer – AQUASYSTEM, s.r.o. has EN ISO 9001: 2001 / EN ISO 9001: 2000 for the production of the enzyme agent AQUAENZYM®

AQUAENZYM® IS PROTECTED WITH A TRADEMARK.

The ingredients contained in AQUAENZYM® are approved for the so-called BAT technology – Best Available Technology and meet the requirements of the European IPPC standard.
