Transport and delivery

Everything you order is paid for, for now, by cash on delivery. If you want to pay from your company’s account, write it to us in the note when ordering and you will receive a pro forma invoice. In that case, we will deliver the order upon receipt of payment.

We deliver the goods to the courier services and the transport costs will be paid by the customer, according to the valid price list of the courier service. In some cases, the transport goes with our delivery vehicles, or you can pick it up in person with us (warehouse in Kruševac – leave a note when ordering if you wish). In most cases, the delivery time is 3 to 4 days. In case you do not receive the goods within the normally foreseen deadline, please inform us by phone or e-mail, so that we can solve the problem.

All prices in our online store are stated with tax included. Only the price of transport is added to the price of the goods shown in our online store, and this is shown separately in the invoice you see when ordering. In case you pick up the goods from us, there are no transport costs.

We are still not able to deliver the ordered goods in smaller quantities outside Serbia. The reason for such a decision lies in the fact that different countries also have different regulations regarding imports. Please understand this.
